Nowadays, tremendous amounts of glamour/fetish/nude shots are posted by females, themselves being the main subjects of the photographies.

While I do not have anything against that (in fact I tend to appreciate it as long as it is artistic), I always wondered if it was worth the massive volume of crass comments. Not to mention that some have their e-mail/MSN/ICQ details displayed - I cannot possibly imagine the amount of undesirable messages that reach them.

Now this obviously does not apply to you gentlemen. I am targeting only the vilest of us males.

But maybe I am being too harsh? Maybe there aren't that many bad guys? Maybe there are, but the quantity and quality of good comments counterbalance the bad? Maybe the ladies ignore such talk? Maybe they actually like them, because deep inside their ego is flattered, despite the fact that the commentator limited his statement to a short, graphic sentence? Maybe I'm just a bloody fool?

I always wondered what it would be like to be in a woman's shoes. See the world from their perspective. Then, I would know, and understand.
